Want to know how to lift your life vibe?


  1. Stop beating yourself up - you are a work in progress, just as life is.

  2. Celebrate NOW - You cant wait to be happy until you get "it" done, because once you get "it" done... What you waiting for will have changed...

  3. Let's start with what we can be thankful for, and get our mind into that vibration, then watch the good that starts to come. Because one good thought of thanks leads to another good thought.

  4. The grateful mind is constantly focusing on the best in life. Therefore life becomes the best. It takes a form of character that is the best, and will naturally receive it.

  5. Compare yourself to yourself - and not others. It's not a competition... You are unique!

  6. Be kinder towards all people - and not just the ones you think you can pick.

  7. When your mind stumbles, be your own best friend, be kind to yourself.

  8. Leave perfectionism behind - and be perfect in that... Cause you are.

  9. And well let's be loving... You were born from love... You are loved!!

  10. Communicate - to your family, your friends, pets, community, talk it out with professionals, when you need guidance. Statistically, we all need that at some stage in our lives... Read positive posts and books etc... Choose to filter out that or those which do not serve you to your best... and communicate praise to others... We deserve to feel and believe we are validated.
