Hello to you and always a warm welcome,
I appreciate your reading this support for you for your Monday and week to follow;
MAREES WEEKLY QUOTE:
Navigating life can be at times a "mind field" or is it mind over matter.
Below are a couple of truths to support recognizing patterns within your mind...
Truth 1,
It's completely OK to be uncertain.. Most people are so busy being concerned about what "might '' go wrong, or what "might '' be said about them that they live semi-paralyzed. Living in the safe zones.. while it is fine for some, it can be stifling and mediocre for another.
If you knew that everything was going to happen ahead of time you would be bored. Life would become dull with such certainty.
As an example; it would be like much of your habitual must do of life like, going to work or school on Mondays ...now while we creatures of habit enjoy the cosy nests of home, without expansion onto new horizons life can be soul destroying.
So like it or not you need uncertainty to feel alive and sparking on all levels...and you do want it .
Self doubt, lack of confidence, or fear of the unknown is a truly testing time in anyone's life.. and it is oh so easy to confuse the feelings generated through them. Those sparking feelings can be misread as anxiety when it could be renewed energy or excitement- or fear- of which all 3 give off very similar sensations/chemical reactions within your body.
Truth2,
You can actually handle any possible unknown in your future, and you will actually handle it far better than your limiting beliefs will allow you to ..
How is that you may ask?
Generally it is because your beliefs are designed to keep you safe, set, the same, and if you perceive something new as unsafe, your mind will give you a conveyor belt of reasons why you can't handle it.
In stepping away from those conveyor belt saboteurs you will in fact recognize that you have already done this- many times in the past.
Here are 7 simple tips to help you not only recognize, but to ignite that flame to move forward also.
1. List your qualities to call on
2. List evidence of past successes
3. Use the resources around you
4. look at what ways you have supported others in different ways of their lives
5. What do others say are your qualities
6. What are you most proud of to date
7. Build your plan, visualize it happening, push beyond your current beliefs.. and repeat!
Have you ever noticed how life transpires in your favour when you are doing what is right??
Have faith and trust in that process...and watch your transformation into the new believing person..
You can.
I can see that confident postural pose lifting up your head and straightening your back already! Chaching!!
