Each of us lives our days on a unique spectrum, navigating through life's challenges and joys according to our own "vibe" or frequency.
Like an accordion, our experiences, circumstances, beliefs, and age shape this spectrum, influencing whether we feel expanded or contracted, uplifted or challenged.
No one is immune to the "accordion" of ins and outs. And I too have had more than my share of ups and downs..and do bout will continue to do so.
This became my WHY I chose to become a Personal Development Coach.
The many years and investing in training was my HOW.

You've likely heard phrases like "they're on another level" or references to living the "high life" versus being "low level" or a "low life." These expressions hint at the varying levels of emotional states we experience.
Consider this scale or accordian as a guide to emotions, weighing their impact and value:
What level are you on?
Level 1 Joy, knowledge, freedom, passion, love, appreciation, empowerment, contentedness, confidence
Level 2 Eagerness, enthusiasm, expectation, imagination, healthy beliefs, happiness, positivity, giving out compliments
Level 3 Optimism, hopefulness, contentment, seeking, perseverance, trying
Level 4 Frustration, impatience, irritation, feeling overwhelmed, easily angered, negative self-talk, isolating oneself, criticizing, complaining
Level 5 Doubt, worry, blame, resentments, desire for revenge, physical discomfort like stomach aches, emotional upset
Level 6 Jealousy, insecurity, feelings of guilt, questioning self-worth, headaches, low motivation
Level 7 Depression, despair, powerlessness, fears, feeling paralyzed, anxiety, physical illness
Navigating through these levels is part of the human experience.
Recognizing where we are on this spectrum can help us better understand ourselves and others.
It's a reminder to cultivate and prioritize emotions that enhance our well-being and contribute positively to our lives.

Action it
Hold on to it as if your life depended on it- because if you want to up your life, to up your levels of; understanding,confidence,empowerment, ownership,contentment- it does.
